Eileen Hull book club tutorial – trinket book

hello everyone!

today is all about showing you the tutorial for the trinket book from the new Eileen Hull release – book club collection

One word that sums up the new Sizzix Book Club collection is VERSATILE! 
Eileen is happy to introduce new Three-in-One Dies – dies that serve multiple purposes to fit into every area of your life.

by far one of my favourite releases in a while.. so much potential!!! love this die!

so let’s get started.   i stared out by covering the back of my pattern paper with adhesive and then die cut to layer on top of my mat board pieces
next it was time to shape the book with all the papers adhered

then it was time to finish my design. i knew i wanted to be a piece of reflection/moments and that is about it.  so i inked up the little bits using distress inks and markers

i then, using clear embossing ink, heat embossed these little babies!

i then coloured my vignette finial set using black soot distress paint and once dried i used vintage photo ink.. absolutely love the before and after

then it was just a matter of assembling… and because i became so involved in that process… well i forgot to take photos!!  but basically added a tree, coloured a few little blocks using distress paint, and added a couple of chit chat stickers and a star to my tree.
