hello everyone!
today I am here to share with you another one of my wrapped albums. these things truly are so addictive. I have never made so many albums in my life!
Please note that although i have received some of the products used to create this project from some great companies, the opinions I share are solely my own
so for this one I started out by adhering some faux leather to some made board and then die cut it out of the wrapped die. I then painted the inside of my journal with a gold paint and edged the whole thing and then set it aside to dry
I then cut up some heavier cardstock and made four mini books of 10 pages each (5 sheets folded). I covered each one of these mini fronts with a piece of paper and set them aside.
then it was time to do a whole lot of die cutting. I used all new releases and the left over paper from the covers and cut and cut and cut!!
for the closure as you can see in the above folder I used a magnetic closure!! so much fun and so secure!
I didn’t have any rhyme or reason to assembling my wrapped album. I just wanted to make it pretty! here are a few close ups to the complete album
I washi taped the edges of all pages and added a couple of diecuts
I love the waterfall effect when one first opens the album
and because I had space on the inside spine of my journal and well I did cut out a bouquet of flowers soooo..
and last but not least here is the cover and my completed wrapped album!
seriously.. no seriously, these little wrapped albums are so addictive!! I sure hope you have purchased one and are sharing your creations with us all on social media!
