hello everyone!
this month at Eileen Hull Designs the inspiration team is bringing you all sorts of ideas to help decorate those special occasions…
so far we have seen a beautiful centre piece by Tracy Evans and a picnic organizer by Pam Bray from her and this week i am here to show you how to turn your canister die into a simple yet quick candle holder
so to start with, if you remember last month we were working with Rendre paper and yes, i tested it again. this time using a variety of color burst brights and lots of water. love the color variations one can get by using color burst.. it is always like a party waiting to happen!!
once the paper was dry i flipped and did the opposite colours on the back side .. so warms and cools.. with the Rendre paper it did not seep through so this was a total love relationship for me!!
and then when the final dry was done i used Eileens Daisy wreath texture impression folder and the and the Pansy die to create my flowers.
then I created my canisters using matboard and the same texture impression folder.
here they are!! i love the richness of the colorburst flowers on the plain white embossed mat board!
and here are a few close ups of those flowers!!
how beautiful are these containers.. they are going to be perfect sitting on a table filled with some sand and a few tealights during my next pool party!
what have you got planned for this summer!! what kind of party decor are you making!! please do share with us on Facebook and on Eileen’s page!
