hello everyone!
today i am here to share with you a project i created for this months challenge on the Eileen Hull site! a project that is a quick and easy one you can whip up to help cherish and record those special moments during any kind of celebration!!!
and a quick tutorial on how i did it. i started out by die cutting and painting all my flower and leaf bits using some dylusions paint. i then painted my background of my frame and a mini album with the black marble paint
now these paint dabbers hold a lot of paint so i thought what can i do with the left overs prior to washing the pads out for the next round of play (yes you can wash those pads!) so using the piece of chipboard that i cut my flowers from as a stencil i added colour to my album as well as painted a background image using a TCW stencil
then using the Emboss It pen and some white embossing powder i wrote on my frame (totally inspired by something i had seen on Pinterest a while back)
here is a close up of my colourful flowers!! oh right!!! i forgot i had run the flowers through my sidekick and embossing them prior to forming them.. gives them a great texture don’t you think!
and here again are my finished projects
until next time my friends,
diana
