hello everyone!! i am here this week to share with you a project using Eileen’s box with scalloped flap
the inspiration team have been showing you all month projects you can create to help you decorate for different celebrations… last week Lisa Hoel showed you what she did with the 3D teacup die and Julia Aston showed you how to decorate a jar using the Romance Flower… and well today i am here to show you a place to keep all those special celebration details year after year using the Scallop die
this is one of the cutest little dies that you can do so many things with! here is just one of the many.
so i started with cutting one of the boxes with mat board as well as from a sheet of prima’s tales of you and me paper.
i painted the edges of my box using distress crackle paint and once it was dry i then glued the paper to the mat board, sanded it and that is how quick and simple a project this makes
but then i wanted to put something special inside and it took me a while to figure it out but i did!! using the on the edge file tab die, i made little folders for each month
it is a place to store all those special dates throughout the year!!
how quick and simple of a project don’t you think!!! please join us again next week as some more party decoration ideas will be shared by Eileen’s Inspiration Team!!
