hello everyone!! did you get a chance to play last month along with us over at Emerald Creek!!! did you take the ‘dare’!!
this week i am here to show you another ‘dare’ we were presented. the theme for this challenge is The Fall
by far fall is my favourite time of year…the colours are so rich and deep and warm!!!
so here it goes!
i started with a few distress minis, Emerald Creek stamp and some of their paper
and then i let them work their magic on they paper.. look at the richness of this!
then i used the daisy stamp and some archival ink and stamped my outer edges followed by my quote for my art journal page but then it just needed something so out came my Tim Holtz die and some more paper
i absolutely love how my distress ink flows so smoothy from my blending tool onto this paper to create the colour of these leaves!!
and then here you have it!!! my completed art journal page in my new Dylusions square journal!!
i sure hope you take the time to create along with me and the rest of the team over the next few weeks and show us what you do best!
do check out my teamies beautiful creations:
and by showing and sharing with us over at Emerald Creek Dares blog you could win a fabulous $25 gift certificate to the store!
can’t wait to see what you come up with!!

What a clever use for this stamp! Brilliant! I love the colours on your art journal background as well! So bright and warm – perfect for Fall.
This is amazing! Love the rich colors you used for background!
What the? How do you get your colours so perfectly brilliant. And seriously, I always look at that get lost stamp and i could not think of what to do with it. And the. You picked it and I thought what will she ever create? You are truly amazing, I love the art, the inspiring poetry and I feel just a little bit special because you joined my team. Thank you, I hope you never want to leave our group.
