Flowers of Hope

hello everyone!

i’m back to share quickly a project i created for the DecoArt Flowers Friday challenge

i used all DecoArt media paints and a PaperArtsy Stamp

i start by stomping the flowers and closing multiple paints in the rainbow colours

next i literally just took my Dynasty paint brush and grabbed various colours and some white and smooshed paint one the flower

i then took a baby wipe (only one wipe was used for this whole project) and smudged the paints. And then using the left overs on my baby wipe each time i would colour another flower on the other page

i am so not one to colour with in the lines and i kind of though i wouldn’t have to worry about that so much as i planned on using a black to colour between the flowers. i ended up actually using paynes grey as that is what i grabbed and i do like it…once the paint was completely dry i went in with my black archival ink and restamped my flowers to give them a bit of definition.

i then cut out a flower and some ‘leaves’ from the second piece of paper and added it to the page

i had finished my page with stamping using the gold iridescent and then also decided to stitch the whole thing…..

and that is my finished page showing you al the products i used.

thanks for dropping by

until next time my friends
