hello everyone!
this month we as an Inspiration team was asked to come up with an idea on how to better organize in our craft rooms and today I am here to share with you the quick little project I created to help me organize my Eileen Hull thinlits, stitchlits and framelits!
I started my project out by diecutting from matboard a mini album. I then cut out and folded some ‘pages to which I added lots of distress oxides and water…once it was completely dried I attached strips of magnet to the page and then that is that! a safe & mixed media covered space for me to quickly grab my thinlits all at once.
here are a few pictures showing you the inside. I am hoping to add examples on the opposite pages.. what am I kidding!! I am hoping to fill the opposite pages with more thinlits and such by Eileen!!
absolutely love this piece as it is a safer place for me to quickly grab and search through to see just what i am looking for! and I truly use this minibook!
well that is my final project for this months ‘show us your organizational piece’ challenge from Eileen Hull.
I am going to link this up over on the Mini Album Makers Challenge for March!!
until next time my friends,
diana

I am absolutely crazy about this and came over from Jenny’s recent post. I’d love to invite you to share this and other mini albums with my challenge at Mini Album Makers. Our prize this month is a full set of Seth Apter Baked Texture embossing powders! 🙂 https://minialbummakers.blogspot.com/

So clever! Love the cover you created for your storage mini. The stenciling turned out so well. Thanks for joining the challenge at Mini Album Makers Challenge blog.
Just popped back to say thank you for joining in with us at Mini Album Makers this month!
What a great storage idea for those wafer-thin dies, and the cover is just stunning! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Mini Album Makers.

I love making mimi books but don’t often see a clever use for them. This is a wonderful idea! Thanks for giving me your spark of imagination. And I just purchased some magnet sheets that will work perfectly.
Such a great idea … do you have another great idea to store clear cling stamps?
Thanks
