hello everyone. i am here to show you a quick and easy way to ‘wrap’ a gift with love
i started out using a die from Vintage Kitchen line by Eileen Hull, the cookie box.
i also cut out an extra piece using the mirrored sheet to which i added some specifically chosen words from remnant rubs for that special someone
to decorate the cookie box i had run it through my vagabond using a texture fade embossing folder.
i then used my distress ink pads, the winter collection, directly to the mat board. i then spritzed to blend the colours.
i repeated this technique onto my crinkle ribbon
i painted the insides of the lids using the silver paint and then inked the edges using vintage photo before putting it all together.
how cute is that for a quick and easy Christmas gift holder!!
there are so very many things to do with this die…do take a moment and jump on through Eileen’s site to see what the other Inspiration Team members have created so far with it.
i have linked this up to the ‘anything goes’ challenge over at simon says monday challenge!!

Diana, what a great gift! And really something to treasure always… I love the mirror inside- almost like an old fashioned musical jewelry box with the dancing ballerina!
It’s so pretty Diana! I’m glad she liked it so much. =)
