still art journalling!!

i am still on track creating / finishing one page a week in my art journals. here are a few that i haven’t shared here on my site:

my dad’s boots… memories galore. i used color wash for the back ground.. a sprits here and there along with water.. love me some drippage. dad’s boots are modeled of the lovely dylusion line of stamps and the socks and white white legs, none other than distress markers.

lots and lots of alcohol ink!!! started this back ground quite some time ago.. like mark i’d say. took me a while to find just the right quote !!
all done with acrylic liquitex paints. i do love them!!

now this one is a mix of acrylic paints and my first introduction to those heavenly colors in a stick.. faber castell gelatos!!

one again, acrylic paint,  a bit of washi type tape pitt pens for the journalling
i haven’t left the paint stage yet!!! LOL!! somehow i find it hard to think i ever will!!
and this one.. love love love how it turned out. faber castell gelato’s created that beautiful flower.. well i think it is beautiful!!!! the ‘i miss you’ is from one of tim’s alphabet dies cut out of the prima resist paper that i had left laying on my desk

that is it for today. i will take pics of the next few and post hopefully soon and then try really hard every week after!
