TCW -creating some quick cards

hello everyone!

today i am sharing over on The Crafter’s Workshop page just how quick and easy it is to make a batch of cards!

so let’s get to it!!

first thing to do is to lay down a sheet of watercolour paper and lay various stencils on the papers. then sprinkle various colours of Color Burst

next spray some water to activate

now i am sure you are like me and don’t like to ‘waste’ all this extra goodness so be sure to have an extra sheet of watercolour paper on hand to press on top before lifting the stencils

once both sheets are dry you should have a nice pile of background colours

i am loving all these backgrounds.. now to make them into cards i had cut them up and on the third piece of paper i had used to clean up the stencils i stamped “Thanks’ a few times to attach to this pile of cards.

the final steps in creating my cards was I ran them through my vagabond using some embossing folders to give them a little extra bit of texture.  And here you have them again, my Thanks cards created using a just a few stencils.

The Crafter’s Workshop, Color Burst and Sizzix  provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share here are solely my own.

The Crafter’s Workshop Supplies used:
TCW Stencils: TCW750s-dahlia bloomsTCW743s-crazy wavesTCW732s – celtic designsTCW726s – onion blossoms; TCW727s – flower dance;  TCW744s-wanderlust

Other supplies used: Ken Oliver’s Color Burst, Eileen Hull embossing folders by Sizzix, Stamp set from Sizzix and Tim Holtz stamping platform.

until next time my friends,

diana
