have the wish i wish tonight
25 years ago tonight we lost our most loved mom but the universe surrounding us gained a wonderful spirit.
she has watched over all of us in one way or another during these last years and i have such faith she will continue to do so for eternity.. because that is what mom’s do.
so thinking back over the years i challenged myself to pick JUST 25 thoughts, wishes, dreams i had and write them down to save in a journal page.
not really a step by step kind of thing but i found it important for me to mark my progress and maybe help someone out there do the same.
so i started with my 25 wishes cut into strips and then glued randomly on my page
then came the adding of the ink and water.. i inked, i sprayed, and i dabbed
i was loving all the colours and didn’t want to waste so i decided i would dab with a new sheet of watercolour paper, perfect for starting a new page and really isn’t that what this journey is about.. starting new each and every day..
so here is my final page.. i am so happy with how it turned out… both the process and the end results of the page.
i was very lucky to be able to visit her this weekend to sit and spend some time with her and tell her how much i wish i …..
we love and miss you every day.

We sure do miss our mothers. Mine will be gone 5 years in another week. Hard to believe. Guess I was just lucky to have had her for so long when you look at how young other people’s mothers were when they passed. Hope this page brought you a lot of peace ((hugs))
