yuppers..loving this whole Document Life Project going on over at Art to the 5th…. this weeks challenge was posted here on Saturday!! join in the fun and play along!!
i started off apply a layer of gesso and once dry i sprayed pink and orange through one of my Stencil Girl stencils i received from being a part of the Stencil club. i then sprayed some water and muted some of the background as well as blending it all together
i laid some washi tape out on a piece of card stock and then cut my quote out using Tim’s thin lets
and here is my final page. i had also stamped a few of the flowers from Dyan’s stamp set and then coloured them in using gelatos

i made the decision this year that i wanted to make it that my background would stand alone if the flap was taken out so attached the add in using the same washi tape as i used on my lettering
i love this saying… it is my ‘thought’ of the week…..
