Grunge Monday -week 4

Horray it is Week 4!!

I am so enjoying doing the Grunge Monday challenges over at Studio L3.

This week we have been challenged by Guest Star Designers Clare Horner and Gerri Herbst and the challenge they gave us is Texture Fades and Distress.This weeks challenge comes from Tim’s 12 days of Christmas 2010.

so for this week I decided i would use my reverse stamp on my embossing folder.. but it just didn’t turn out as well as i thought it would so then i started to play. Now as you can see i inked my embossing folder with frayed burlap and olive green distress inks prior to putting it through the big kick. i love how it turned out. I then started inking and stamping and layering!!! I loved how it turned out. i used all my blues for the back ground to try to get the just before the sunrise look!!
I finished the whole tag off with two half squirts of perfect pearls !!!

i am so loving this Grunge Monday thing!! it really opens up the 12 Tags of Christmas doesn’t it!!
