who knew i would ever scrap with watercolour paper!!!!
as you all prolly know i am deep into mixed media these days and find it really hard to just do 12×12 layouts…. i can’t believe i just said that.
Well i just couldn’t resist entering into the challenge over at Simon Says. It is a metal challenge and i had the perfect pic for a layout to do this.
At first i thought about doing an overlay of metal wiring but couldn’t find it so then i happened upon my mini butterfly set which i bought at APOS! and had an a-ha moment!
my background page is purely watercolour paper and pencils with a transfer image (the words). real simple stuff. i love how it turned out. is the image transfer perfect.. nope.. but i am still happy with it!! I mounted everything on black cardstock which i painted with my silver paint dabber.. fantastical i’d say!!
til next time…
HAPPY SCRAPPING!!!

very nice!!!
Ooh, I love the freedom sentiment and how you tied it in with the photo. Great work with the watercolor paper and the image transfer! Looks like it was fun to make! So glad you joined in the fun with us this week at Simon Says Stamp and Show.
