that is my word for this year

less collecting; more using

less drama, more real

less stress, more being

less mindless eating, more nurishing

less excuses, more exercise

less sharing, more quiet thoughts

less wants, more needs

less dark moments, more light in my life

so there you go.

sounds like to me

i am hoping to start

and maintain less

in my life so that by the time 2012 is over

i will have more.
