just a quick write up today on this page.
i have a few pregesso’d pages lying around my desk so when one of my students gifted me with a new box of faber castell crayons i had to play a while!
it was simply scratching 4 different coloured squares onto the page, add a bit of water and blend.
i love how it turned out! how the colours changed when applied to the none gesso’d sections.

Just gorgeous! It’s amazing how the FC colors play so nicely on the gesso, isn’t it? One of my favorite mediums.
