for the love of old suitcases

so as i was floating in the pool yesterday i had a brilliant idea.. well i considered it brilliant and perfect for me.

do you remember when i made this wallet and i so loved it. at the time i figured i would only carry my id and cc.. well that grew into a lot of other cards and my poor wallet exploded at it’s right seam. so i knew it was time for a new one. so on Sunday night i went about making a new one. i didn’t have any more grungeboard but had a new package of grungepaper and figured it would work just as well and it did. i used a couple of embellies and this is what i came up with.. perfect i thought!!

so okay then let’s go back to my brilliant idea again. so as i was floating in the pool yesterday i thought okay the wallet will work no problem but what i really need is a case for my iphone. now i have a cute pink, although plain, backer on it and it has a screen protector but when i carry it around i want it to look well a little more my style.
okay okay.. i know.. what was my brilliant idea!! here it is !!!

i think it is the cutest thing ever!!!!! it is made out of leather samples i had been given from a friend long time ago along with tim’s vintage valise die
i also made a little inside pocket for my id and such and now when i go out and about i only need to take this!!!!

so.. brilliant or not you think? let me know!!!
