APOS! Blog Hop

Welcome to the APOS! blog hop!

If you arrived here from Kelsey then you are on the right track. If you’ve arrived here by accident, then go here APOS! Facebook page discussion to start at the beginning. Not a facebook user no problem.. below is the listing to help you get back on track!
I think you’re really going to enjoy seeing what each of the APOS! inspiration Team have come up with using their chosen products.

To participate in the blog hop (and maybe win some candy) is so easy! Visit each inspiration team member’s blog and leave a comment. You will get one entry into a draw for some pretty amazing blog candy just for visiting and leaving a comment at each Inspiration Team Member’s blog. Adding yourself as a follower to any of the team members or ‘liking’ APOS! on facebook, another entry for each is yours!

Do you want to know what you’re hopping for? This is what you are playing for… a small something from your choice of one of the inspiration teams choice of papers/products. So that will be an item from one of the following lines:

Tim Holtz, MME, Fancy Pants, BoBunny, Imaginisce and Cosmo Cricket!!

So with all that being said now on to what i have done.

We were all given this sketch from IcePanthress2 to work with and the paper line i chose was the Tim Holtz line of papers.

for the background i chose a piece of black soot cardstock from the Tim Holtz & Ranger Distress Collection, scored the outside edges and then used my sanding grip to distress it. Next i ran two pieces of Kraft glassine paper through my big kick using the swirls embossing folder. i then sprayed them with heirloom gold perfect pearls mist and set them aside to dry. While they were drying i used my color washes, denim and stream, on a sheet of paper taken from the Paper Stash – Kraft Resist pad.. aren’t they just the coolest!

with the left over piece of kraft resist i sprayed two small pieces with the red pepper color wash. now it was just a matter of layering and adding a title , some Tim Holtz film strip ribbon and a journalling ticket. Oh and yes in the four corners is a bit of adirondack dimensional pearls in cranberry. finished the layout off with a bit of dymo labelling on the ticket and so here is my layout!!

and as promised here is the listing for the inspiration team in case you get lost

Great scrapbook page. Sketch would also lend itself for card making, just on a smaller scale.

great job Diana, Was wondering what the TH Glassine papers looked like and they look really good against the other papers you chose.
